Welcome to Rogersville Assembly of God. We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:

Atmosphere

It's important to us that you feel welcome because you are our guest. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed, comfortable and accepted. We don't see people as just numbers, we are committed to see them as Christ sees them; valuable and precious. We don't just sing because that's what churches do, we make it a point to worship our great God. We are not just a church; we are the Church and that comes with responsibilities that we take seriously.

Family Friendly

No matter your family dynamics, you're welcome at Rogersville Assembly of God and we're excited for you to consider being a part of our church family! Our intent is to serve the whole family the best we possibly can. During our worship service we have care available for infants and children. Your children will receive real spiritual training from caring leaders. We are looking and praying for families like yourself and would count it a privilege to have you here as our guest.

Sermon

Our messages come from the Word of God, are intended to keep us growing in Christ and to help us understand what this life with Christ is all about. The pastor spends time prayerfully asking the Lord to lead him as to what we need for the here and now.

Biblical Teaching

Here at Rogersville Assembly of God, we place a high priority on the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The worship service is a time for us to come together as a community to learn, be encouraged and to be challenged by God's Word. Other opportunities exist beyond the Sunday worship service where members have a chance to grow, fellowship, or otherwise be a part of a Church family that lives out their faith together.
